Welcome to Northlight Web Studio. By accessing this website or working with Northlight Web Studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

Northlight Web Studio provides custom website design and related digital services including, but not limited to:

  • Website design

  • Website redesign

  • Mobile optimization

  • Branding guidance

  • Booking system integration

  • E-commerce setup

  • SEO setup

  • Ongoing website support

Project scope, timelines, pricing, and deliverables are determined individually for each client.

2. Project Process

All projects begin after agreement on scope, pricing, and initial payment requirements.

Clients are responsible for:

  • providing accurate content and information

  • supplying necessary images, branding assets, and login access when required

  • reviewing drafts in a timely manner

Delays in communication or content delivery may affect project timelines.

3. Payments

A deposit may be required before work begins.

Remaining balances must be completed before final website transfer, launch, or delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments are non-refundable once design work has begun.

4. Revisions

Revision rounds depend on the selected project package or agreement.

Additional revisions or major design/content changes outside the agreed scope may require additional fees.

5. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for reviewing all website content, spelling, images, legal pages, and business information before launch.

Northlight Web Studio is not responsible for inaccuracies provided by the client.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Projects may use third-party services such as:

  • Wix

  • Squarespace

  • Acuity Scheduling

  • Stripe

  • PayPal

  • Google Business Profile

  • Domain providers

Northlight Web Studio is not responsible for outages, changes, pricing updates, or technical issues caused by third-party platforms.

7. Intellectual Property

Final website designs become the property of the client upon full payment unless otherwise stated.

Northlight Web Studio reserves the right to display completed projects within its portfolio and promotional materials unless confidentiality is requested in writing.

8. Website Maintenance

Unless ongoing maintenance is included or separately agreed upon, clients are responsible for maintaining and updating their website after launch.

9. Limitation of Liability

Northlight Web Studio is not liable for:

  • business losses

  • data loss

  • interruption of service

  • third-party platform failures

  • security breaches caused by external providers

  • user misuse of the website
